Founder & Creator
Susheel founded Original Rea Pictures to build television formats that travel. He leads original development across factual entertainment and unscripted, working with broadcasters and platforms in the UK, India and the US.
Executive Producer
Piers oversees production across the slate, from first pilot to delivery. He brings long-form editorial rigour and a producer's instinct for casting, structure and pace.
