We collect as little personal information as possible, use it only for the purpose it was given, and never sell it.

Information we collect
Details you send us directly — your name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message when you contact us, pitch an idea or apply for a role. We also record anonymised website usage statistics where you have consented to analytics cookies.
Why we use it
To reply to enquiries, assess submissions and applications, keep industry contacts informed about our slate, and improve the website. We rely on your consent, or on our legitimate interest in running a production company, as the lawful basis.
Unsolicited submissions
Material sent to us without a prior agreement is read for consideration only. We do not pass it to third parties, and we delete unsuccessful submissions and their attachments once assessment is complete.
Sharing and storage
Data is held on secure services within the UK and EEA, and shared only with trusted suppliers such as our email and hosting providers, or where the law requires disclosure. Access is limited to the members of the team who need it.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for two years, recruitment material for twelve months, and production records for as long as a title remains in distribution. After that, records are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or erase it, or object to how we use it. Email privacy@originalreapictures.com and we will respond within 30 days.
